RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

- The renter is responsible for the equipment from pickup until it has been returned and accepted by Greenland Camera Rental.

- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear.

- Loss, theft or accidental damage during the rental period is the renter's responsibility.

- If travelling with batteries, the renter is responsible for complying with all applicable airline and transportation regulations.

- Equipment must not be repaired or modified without prior approval.

- Greenland Camera Rental identification labels must not be removed or altered, as they are used to identify rental equipment.

- Contact me immediately if any equipment is damaged or stops working during the rental period.

- Late returns may incur an additional rental charge unless agreed otherwise.

- The reservation is confirmed once payment has been received.

- By completing payment, the renter accepts these rental terms.
